If your device arrives defective or doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the device and packaging.

  Review and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the console, all included cables, and SD cards back into the original box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
